A unit of 21 K BN. NCC is functioning in the school.
Sri. V .Padmanabhanmaster ,physical education teacher who is the associated.officer of the NCC unit. There are one hundred cadets in the unit.
Student leader is master Raphel freddy. One of the cadet Akhil unnikrishnan who won the chief Ministers' best cadet award this year.
The NCC unit is functioning very well.

LIBRARY
There is a well functioned library in the school. Studentds have the convenience to sit and read in the library.
More than 6000 ( six thousand) books are classified and arranged in order. There are somany valuable reference books related to education, art,spiritual etc. There are 120 educational CD's which were donated by honourable MLA Sri. C.M.Dineshmony.

DAY OF FARMERS CLUB
The farmers club have fully enjoyed when they harvest in their farm. They have collected Beans which produced in their farm. It was the result of the effort of the members of the farmers club.
Sri.K.N Satheesan master , Headmaster of the school inaugurated the harvest ceremony.Sri.N.S.Roshan, President of the PTA, Smt . Girijamma B Deputy Headmistress,Sri.P.K.Bhasi and other staff members were presented on that occation.
The farmers club is being guided by the Biology teachers Smt. B.Indira, Smt.V.N.Sheela and smt.C.S.Sinimol.

A Scheme to win SSLC
A special scheme to lift the SSLC result is launched today. The SSLC students are grouped in to small groups of five or six . And a teacher is allotted to guide each group. The advantage of this scheme is that a teacher can give attention to five students. The scheme aims to get 100% success in the forth coming SSLC examinations.

The art competetions was inauguaraed by our president of the parent teacher association.
The headmaster sri.K.N.Satheesan presided over the function. The deputy headmistress smt.Girijamma B gave welcome to the function. The students participated in the various items, lightmusic, elocution, mappilapattu,mimicry,monoact,drama,instrumental music,folksong,foik dance etc.
The art competetions were held on the basis of four teams. The four teams were
Agni, Akash, Pridvi, and Thrissul.
RESULT
First Thrissul----------1150 points
Second Akash----------1068 points
Third Agni--------------1037 points
Fourth Pridvi------------823 points
